Dear SOSM members
As already indicated the 2017 AGM will take place in Fribourg on April the 8th, 11:00. The
venue is at the University Fribourg, Geography Unit, Room 226, Chemin du Musée 4
Many thanks to the Geography Department of the University for supporting us. The location

The event will follow our proven formula with a roughly one hour formal part starting at
11:00, with lunch following and a fairly unstructured mapping party as the activity in the
afternoon from 13:30 onwards.
Guests, including such that simply want to learn something about OpenStreetMap, are
welcome to both parts. Could however both members and guests indicate to info(a)sosm.ch if
they plan to attend, particularly for lunch, so that we can inform the restaurant how many
guests they can expect.

Wie bereits angekündigt findet die 2016 Generalversammlung der SOSM am 8. April, 11:00 in
Fribourg statt. Die Veranstaltung findet an der

Wir danken dem Geographie Institut für die freundliche Unterstützung. Die Räumlichkeiten

Wir behalten unseren bewährten Ablauf bei und werden nach einem kurzen, ca. einstündigen
formellen Teil zu Mittag essen und ab 13:30 eine relativ unstrukturierte Mapping-Party
veranstalten.
Gäste sind bei beiden Teilen willkommen – auch solche, die einfach etwas über
OpenStreetMap erfahren wollen. Allerdings wäre es hilfreich, wenn sich sowohl Mitglieder
wie auch Gäste bei info(a)sosm.ch anmelden würden, insbesondere für das Mittagessen, so dass
wir dem Restaurant die erwartete Anzahl Gäste mitteilen können.
Die Agenda für die GV liegt bei.
Ich freue mich darauf euch in Fribourg zu treffen.

Wie bereits angekündigt findet die 2016 Generalversammlung der SOSM am

According to our bylaws, members are only allowed to vote at the AGM if
they have payed up their membership fees including the fee for the
current year (2017). So if you haven't payed already and want to pay by
bank transfer, now would be a good time. As always, it will also be
possible to pay in cash at the AGM itself. (If you pay by wire after
Wednesday, please bring along a prove of the payment as it might not yet
have appeared on the SOSM account before the meeting.)
Gemäss unseren Statuten sind an der GV nur Mitglieder stimmberechtigt,
die ihre Mitgliederbeiträge bis und mit dem laufenden Jahr (2017)
bezahlt haben. Wenn du also noch nicht bezahlt hast und per Überweisung
bezahlen willst, wäre jetzt ein guter Zeitpunkt. Es wird wie immer aber
auch möglich sein direkt in Bar an der GV selbst zu bezahlen. (Falls du
nach Mittwoch eine Überweisung machst, bringe bitte einen Nachweis
derselben mit, da der Zahlungseingang auf dem SOSM-Konto bis zur
Versammlung evtl. noch nicht sichtbar ist.)

The AGM 2016 decided to leave the fees at their previous level / Die GV
2016 hat beschlossen, die Höhe der Beiträge wie gehabt zu belassen:
