Dear SOSM Members
We've fixed a date for this years annual general meeting, Saturday April
the 18th. In discussion the board felt that it would be nice to hold a
SOSM event once in the Ticino. However given that this substantially
increases the travel time, we would probably want to make this a two day
event (with the AGM on the Saturday). Alternatively we would likely do a
conventional AGM plus mapping party in Bienne/Biel.
Before we cast this in stone, could we get some feedback from the
membership? Particularly if you would attend an event in Ticino.

New subject: SOSM AGM 18th April 2015 in Bienne/Biel - Membership fees 2015
Dear Members
As previously announced this years SOSM AGM will take place in Bienne /
Biel on Saturday the 18th April 2015, venue to be determined.
If anybody has a suggestion for a specific restaurant, please speak up.
If you have a request for items to be discussed, or formally decided on,
at the AGM, please send it to board(a)sosm.ch by the 15th of this month.
As always the board would welcome further members, particularly from
other language regions than the German-speaking part of Switzerland and
other genders than male.
We intend to follow the same format as previous years: short formal
part, lunch and then some mapping. As a consequence we would be looking
for a facility that we can use to at least 18:00.
Further our treasurer has asked me to remind all that the membership
fees for 2015 are due. They remain unchanged and details can be found
here http://sosm.ch/membership/ .
