[Members] Announcement 2016 Annual General Meeting / Ankündigung 2016 Generalversammlung

Dear SOSM members As already indicated the 2016 AGM will take place in Sankt Gallen on April the 2nd, 11:00. The venue is the Hotel am Spisertor, Moosbruggstrasse 1, 9000 St. Gallen. The event will follow our proven recipe with a roughly one hour formal part starting at 11, with lunch following and a fairly unstructured mapping party as the activity in the afternoon. Guests are welcome to both parts, could however both members and guests indicate to info(a)sosm.ch if they plan to intend, particularly for lunch so that we can indicate to the restaurant how many guests they can expect. Please find the agenda for the AGM enclosed. Looking forward to seeing you in Sankt Gallen. Simon Poole Liebe SOSM Mitglieder Wie bereits angekündigt findet die 2016 Generalversammlung der SOSM am 2. April, 11:00 in Sankt Gallen statt. Die Veranstaltung findet im Hotel am Spisertor, Moosbruggstrasse 1, 9000 St. Gallen statt. Wir werden unser bewährter Ablauf beibehalten und nach einem kurzen ca. 1 stündigen formellen Teil, zu Mittag essen, und dann eine relativ unstrukturierte Mapping Party veranstalten. Gäste sind bei beiden Teilen willkommen, allerdings wäre es hilfreich wenn sowohl Mitglieder wie auch Gäste sich bei info(a)sosm.ch anmelden würden, speziell für das MIttagessen so dass wir dem Restaurant die erwartete Anzahl Gäste mitteilen können.
